So far as I can figure out, Bradford Capital Management processes payments generated by Garretson Financial.
Both Bradford Capital Management and Garretson Financial appear to be involved in the processing of money received as part of a debt collection operation. Both these groups have Corona addresses so I'm reasonably sure they are basically the same entity.
You say you've done a "chain of title" on your debt. This would mean that the folks at Bradford/Garrettson gave you all sorts of information about your debt. How did they do this? Did you receive anything in writing? Or did you rely on a phone conversation. .
What, exactly is a "filing agency". What, exactly does this group, "Garretson Financial Services" actually file? They can't file legal actions since they are not a law firm authorized to practice ;law in California. I suspect that Garretson simply funnels money collected through Bradford. That's all it does. And as I said before, there's no record that I can find in the records of the Secretary of State listing a Garrettson Financial Services. At least here in California.
In any event, let's move on, shall we?
What exactly do you mean, by the phrase, "they are the legal lean holders of my debt"? Do you know what a lien is? Debt collectors don't have liens. Absent a court action or a special statute, they cannot acquire liens. Period. Debt collectors either represent third parties, or in fact own the debt outright through some sort of purchase. Usually they buy the debt for pennies on the dollar and try to collect what they can.
Your story sounds suspiciously like a shill posting--an attempt to tell anyone who'll listen what a legitimate group this Bradford/Garretson group is.
Go to the 800notes home page and enter "Chris Mann". You'll find out that this Chris Mann persona has quite an interesting history. But I suspect you already know that.
