They called me about a bill from a hospital than went under. I paid the bill and sent them the cancel check. They didn't care. Stated they want the money requested by Hospital. refused to pay. They then made a bad entry on my credit report and then sold everything to another collection agency. I asked them to e-mail me info and they said we don't use emails. Annual turnover on help must be 100%. Very Bad company, go by the name Metro-Republic Commercial Service, Corona , CA. . probably changes names every couple of years to avoid detection.
It's a bill collector. I don't know if they are only medical, but they called me for a medical bill. The fellow was polite and he let me make payment arrangements. But it IS a bill collector. I hate owing money...
