They call and leave this number for me to call them back at.. they say they have imparitive information they need to share with me and that if I don't call them back they will file legal suit against me...
They call all over the world apparently, I just purchased a home here in Texas and every since I have been getting phone calls from these people. I won't answer the phone and if I do they are not going to like to hear what this Texas Girl has to say to them. I will get the Texas Attorney General Involved because we do not mess around with A-holes like this.
I also received a message on my answering machine from JDI & Associates today stating that they had tried to call several times and referencing a "property address". However, the number they said to call was 951-737-4800, and to call it immediately! This truly does worry a person, but I'm NOT calling them!
Good work! They just called me to threaten my residence in a house I haven't seen in 20 years. For those who are gathering information, the formal name of this operation appears to be JDI Associates, LLP or JDI & Associates, LLP. They operate out of California (which is where you have to complain). So happens I know a little about all this.
