I've been getting calls for over a week.I called like an idiot tof see what other was about. I plated along...yes to all the questions. But when I asked if receive ot on writing in the mail. They refused. Saying it was so urgent needed to agree on settlement in 48 hours. Sent me an email requesting a electronic signature. I would never signed that. Am I calling them back on my daily threats...absolutely not. Trying to call
Collect on a credit card from 2011....last payment made 2013. Ok...sol for my state is,4 years. Keep calling from California # . Have even called family members. Just received another vmessage..I have 24 hours. Good luck. Scamming at its,finest. Keep caring with the voicemails...the attorney general will love the proof.

Just because someone on the phone calling you says you owe a debt does not mean you actually owe it.
If a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt:
1. Demand the person give you his or her name, company name, and address
2. Demand a debt validation letter by US mail. E-mail no good.
3. Do not pay the collection agent or anyone else a dime until the debt is validated
Of course they won’t do this, no scammer ever will, so simply ignore them and block their calls.
If they are bothering you, report them:

The same goes for endless telephone harassment
Also contact your local attorney general
If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion. Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved. Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.
You'll probably have to yell at them and talk over them.
You have to get tuff with these people because, being akin to thugs, brute force is (metaphorically speaking), the only thing they understand
I got a voicemail from this company who said call them so I can be served at my place of residence. After 3 attempts, they come to my job. Little does she know, they tried me about a year ago and it didn't work. First, legal documents that need to be served, THEY NEVER CALL to set up an appointment to serve you. Maybe try a different strategy! Second, They asked me to verify my name, which they had my maiden name, I'M MARRIED and have been for 14 years. Third, they asked me to verify my social and address. NOT HAPPENING! You NEVER verify anything unless it's a company you are truly dealing with and have business with. My attorney gave me that advice years ago. Lastly, I told the lady to call my attorney and gave him the name and number. She said they were going to serve me at work. I said GOOD! Once reason why I don't put a work number on ANY applications nor the address.
Our caller ID indicated it was from a PRIVATE CALLER. We didn't answer the phone but he actually left a message saying was named Josh and he was attempting to serve papers on an Andrea King. Said they would attempt 3x to serve Andrea King. If there were any questions to have "your attorney" call 866-309-4248.
