have being calling me for days sometimes they ask me if its me by my name sometimes i can just hear them talking in the background but always hang up

Just received call from this number.  I answered.  Heard what sounded like many people talking in the background.  Then, after I said hello for the 2nd time, the person said, "Hi, yes, ummmmmm...." long pause.  I hung up.
