i was robo called as well but after further research robo calls are legal if they are survey related . i then opted in for more information to have a representative contact me. after speaking with the representative i did more research about the programs they spoke with me about, it appears they are a documentation preparation company, just like H&R Block. The programs they told me about are offered by the Department of Education. Until they called i had no idea these programs even existed.I called my current loan provider and they gave me the run around and would not give me a clear answer about the programs i would qualify for. I called the KPA Group back and started the enrollment with them. The whole process took just a little over two months. With their help I am now on an IBR program with a zero dollar payment.I found their service to be very beneficial and was glad i had someone to call when i needed assistance. Thank you KPA.
