This jerked called and started with his bull line, so I do what I now do to all scam callers and scream into the phone so they stop calling me. He called me back and let me a threatening voicemail that I will not see him, I will not hear him, but he will be watching me. This guy is a scammer

I answered the call but got dead air and finally a disconnect. Out of curiosity, I called back and got this recording: "Thank you for calling your local energy efficiency referral company" and so I learned 2 things.
1) It's an energy clearing house, collecting potential numbers to distribute to others, probably solar scammers.
2). It's an actual live phone number, so not spoofed and not a VOIP call. These latter seem to use random phone numbers that can't be called back, though I don't know this for sure.
