Got a call AGAIN this morning. Caller ID showed DHES. Caller knew my name. he said he was from the City of Moreno Valley Green Home Program. I asked if he worked for the City, he said no. Then he continued his spiel again using the City of Moreno Valley name. I hung up and reported the call to the City of Moreno Valley.

Another solar sales call from a very busy call center. As in the past I say I'm renting. They call back again using a different number and service name.
I received a call from this number this afternoon. They have called several times in the past but never leave a message. Caller ID on phone says Nuevo which is a small area nearby. Likely telemarketers.
