Who called from 9519550000

I recently applied for a job for Riverside County. It must be the main number for anything County related.  The lady left a message with a direct number to human resources for me to call back.

They called and asked for a name I wasn't familiar with. Wrong number?

I had a message left from this number, but the call back was a different extension.
It was from the Riverside Police Department returning a call.

What, are you serious about this??

I just got laid off and got anew cell phone with a new # already got the same phone call I have not given out this # except to unimployment and a few others phone is 2 days old..unless i is a payday loan 3rdparty thats all I owe in riverside,,do you owe a payday loan if sothat iswhat we have in commomn but then again I have not contacted them for I have a lawyer to do that ,,I do not know
