Why not call him and try to sell him some stuff!

I used to work at this location doing the appointment setting calls that you people are talking about.  I'm appalled at you people. My job there lasted exactly 2 weeks because there was a man that was yelling at me that he was on the do not call list. I cried. So basically: I didn't have balls and wasn't pushy enough. Oh and I'm 20 years on and I literally don't have balls and a dick.

I received a call from this number.  When I inquired about how they received my name when I am on the do not call list and also have on my phone "if you are a solicitor please hang up and take me off your list" they still got through.  They claim they are Kirby vac. from Minnetonka and they are an exempt company as they are just setting up a face-to-face appointment and not trying to sell me anything but to have someone come in and clean my carpet for free.  When I inquired more about what list they got my name from they said at first the marketing people just pick an area and they call them.  After talking to my fourth person in the same phone call the final gal said they get their numbers from a list and they compare them with the do not call list people.  When I told her I will contact the Kirby CEO and the Attorney General she responded by saying "I am not afraid of you and have no fear of you."  I have googled the number, the Kirby Minnetonka store and have found only this website.  It is really too bad that there are companies like this out there and they can get away with what they want.  Finally, after she sounded off on me she said she would take my name off all lists they have.  It was blamed on the computer, it didn't take me off their list.  What a scam.

Actually John Henry is a very nice man, I worked at the kirby company location in minnetonka for three and they ARE an exempt organization from the national do-not-call list because they dont call and try to sell you anything.The deal that we offer is actually a really great one if anyone would take the time to stop being rude and shut the [***] up. We are just trying to do our jobs so give us a break, the minnetonka kirby office is completely legit and the people who work there are great people and dont deserve to be yelled at or cursed out, when they are trying to do something nice for you so if Premier Systems Inc. or John Henry ever shows up on your caller id, just pick up and give us a break.
