I have received numerous calls from this number, claiming that I have an outstanding medical debt from close to 10 years ago. After making one payment to them for some of the balance, I kept receiving nasty phone calls from one person in particular. The last time I spoke to her, she was extremely rude...told me I was a dead beat who needed to get off my A@* and pay my bills, I needed to grow up, stuff like that. I wasn't trying to skip out of my bills...I had never received anything from the hospital regarding any of the bills in the first place! I tried to explain this to this woman. She claims she called my employer and they told her I was working full time (which I don't, I'm only part time). I told that that information was incorrect and she told me I was lying to her. By this point, I was getting a little upset, and I told her that if I'm working full time, my paycheck certainly does not reflect that! I told her that I would not be able to make another payment til after my next paycheck and tried to set that up, which she would not do. She ended up hanging up on me. I called the number back numerous times, only to have her hang up on me again. The last time I called, I didn't even get to say anything...she said Mrs. soandso, please stop calling me if you're not going to take care of your bills today, I'm going to put in your account that you are skipping out on your debt and we'll just start garnishing your wages! I was trying to set up payments! Good luck to anyone who has to deal with this company!!!
