Got a call @ 8 pm tonight. No message. Called the number back and some outfit called Optimum Health. Automated answering machine. Must have called past business hours. Never heard of them. Sounds like a sales call. I thought the DNC was supposed to take care of soliciting phone calls.
this caller was calling to setup my personal coaching. They identify themselves with United Healthcare which is my insurance company. They were very polite and only asked for me to verify the information that they did already have on file. It was not an unwanted call. Though they did call at a late hour for my time zone they were unaware as to what time zone I may be located in because I use a cellular phone. My employer head set up for me to receive the call from United Healthcare optumhealth. they do tell you that you can opt out of receiving calls from them if you would like. However my employer have explained that we will receive a 75 dollar gift card for completing a coaching program that last 4 to 6 weeks. You can choose from programs that cover subject such as weight loss management nutrition exercise diabetes management tobacco quitting stress management and heart health.though it may be worrisome to receive a call like this because you don't recognize the number you can simply call back directly to your health insurance company United Healthcare and go through the prompts on your own with out worry that you're receiving a scam phone call.
