Lady told me her name which I immediately forgot, I pressed by asking who she was with and she said Viking. I asked what the business was and she wouldn't say, just "business". I asked her if this was a collection company because I had read the posts here after prior calls, she just repeated business. I asked her please not to call here any more.
I hate these people. I am being harassed by Viking collection company about my mother's debts. She has passed away, but they make snotty remarks to say that they don't believe me that she is dead. Politeness does not work with them. They don't want a certified death certificate, THEY WANT TO TALK TO HER! I have had to hang up on them twice to preserve my sanity.
She has been gone for about three weeks. As you might imagine, this is pushing me beyond my limits.
I pray for anyone who is stuck dealing with these morons.

THEY SAID I OWED FOR GOTT CHALKS.. I PAID THEM OFF YEARS AGO... THEN THEY SAID I MADE THEM A PAYMENT MARCH OF 2011.. I SAID HOW??? I HAVEN'T PAID ANYONE NOTHING BUT THE ONE'S I OWE .. THEY ALSO ASKED FOR THE LAST OF MY SSN SAID NO WON'T GIVE THEM THAT.. THEY ASKED FOR MY B-DAY WOULDN'T GIVE THEM THE YEAR..END OF CONVERSATION.. HE STATED HE WAS COLLECTING A DEBT. TOLD HIM I WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT MINE..
THEY NEED TO STOP CALLING ME.. GOTT CHALKS HASN'T BEEN AROUND FOR WHAT 2-3 YRS? I PAID THEM OFF IN 2008.. I OWED THEM 106.00..
Eric Power and Melissa Headley from Viking Collections keep calling and harassing me and even called my elderly mother. I have asked them repeatedly to stop calling me but they persist.
why dont all you people just pay your bills, its people like you who make collections an industry, by the way most bill collectors make between 60 and 100k a year
