Calls from United Health Care wants to give complementary info, no direct line, not a sales call, etc. Have had numerous calls from them after telling them we have other coverage. If they really get customers this way I would be surprised. Annoying.
United Healthcare Group calling for person in charge of healthcare. Actually new my first name. Knew my renewal month. (I never kept it a secret from telemarketers) Wanted to verify I renew in October. I queried him. Did not have a return phone number. Did not have an e-mail address. Offered to have a customer service rep call me. I hung up the phone.
called asking for "the person who manages our healthcare plans". i told them my boss was busy and i could take a message. they said they would try back again later, i told them hell no and to not call us if they cant provide return contact information
