Calls from United Health Care wants to give complementary info, no direct line, not a sales call, etc. Have had numerous calls from them after telling them we have other coverage. If they really get customers this way I would be surprised. Annoying.
Called from 952-979-7696 asked for the person who handles our health care benefits, I advised him we are not interested and that we have already renewed with our current carrier the guy got very agitated and started talking with an attitude so said again we are not interested and hung up. he called back 4 more time all of which I stated we are not interested stop calling. the 5th time he called I said call me again and my next call is the police. he did not call back for 4 minutes and I blocked the number from calling us again.
09/20/16 - 8:10am Rec'd a call Rashawn from United Health Care wanting to speak to owner (knew her first name) or the person in charge of health care. I told her the owner was out, could I get a number for a return call :) She said she didn't have a direct number and would try back in an hour or so. Good luck, sweetie, ....
Called for person in charge of health care - told them renewal was next October, they asked for my name so they could call back then. CID said United HealthCare, I have serious doubts that these people are in any way related to United.
