Their toll-free number according to 800notes.com callers' comments, http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-877-540-3704 is 877-540-3704 from the same company. My caller id shows them calling from this toll-free number on 1/17/2008 thru 2/18/2008 for a total of 20 calls, that's almost a call a day, I think it's about time to change my number and would say this is a valid enough excuse not be charged if there is a charge.
