First thing anyone needs to know about calls from a collection company is that the company is beholden to DNC registries as they are not in the business to sell anything to you. They are debt collectors attempting to collect a debt. I would advise you to pay your debts to stop receiving these phone calls.

this is Pinnacle Financial Group. My past due Ann Taylor account was sent to them. I've dealt with Jason - he's awesome! He has always been super nice, and respectful toward me. I've never dealt with anyone else - Sorry for others bad experiences with them.
