The problem is (and this is coming from a detective I've dealt with in regards to these creeps) - they use VoIP numbers a lot and can't pinpoint where they are. It is difficult to find the actually people.
recorded message that my name & social security # was used and I should press#1 to speak to an agent about this matter OR call 844-716-1712. I did not do either!
