Yes, yet another new number for them! I've now collected 10 of them and I know there will be more. I will never pick up the phone with these numbers (nor any that I do not recognize) but I always come to this site to check.

Send the ba$tards a "cease communication" letter, by registered mail. If they keep calling, keep a log of date and times and sue them.
