Who called from 9549380303

Called and left no message.  I block all calls from numbers I don't know and no message is left.   I am over 100 blocked numbers now.

no message left......figured it's a scam

This number called to my cell. When I pick up did not say anything.

I'm a US federal employee and I sit on the federal do not call list from my cell phone and my home phone number I'd ask just call her to stop calling me at least 20 times and they continue to harass me I want to file charges
