Who called from 9702926736

These people insinuate that they are calling about federal taxes that have been overpaid.  When I repeatedly asked  the caller if he was from a telemarketing firm or the IRS, he became insulting and rude and verbally attacked me.

Same as above.  Alex calling about federal taxes.  Got extremely rude.

It's actually an overcharge not over paid
And sorry about rudeness but assertiveness
Is all I intended
