I just had the same experience with Robert "HACKworthy"... Went to the bank of cibc and discussed the possibility of a scammer on there hands. I am going to report it to the FBI I am in the process of a reverse phone number trying to find his real name.
Is this a scam no!!! One of a few I've had recently and the conversation went like this:-

Oh! PayPal is a way of receiving online payments for goods and services.

Ya just received the same message. I new it was a scam right away. I told him I'm gonna expose his scam, and to get a real job. Piece of [***] scam artist
