Wait I am confused? I recieved the same message from Mr. Stone, but they never sent anything to my HR--- i was served at work with the paperwork. Has this happened to anyone else?
Caller stated I needed to call b/c "the papers weren't signed at my residence or place of employment. I needed to set up appointment to do that. For some reason it came back undeliverable." I have no idea who "Associates" is!!!
Who are these people? Is this an instant garnishment from the IRS? Is your law firm involved with them. They did not identify themselves. "Darren Stone from the processing department Section 6334a section c forms to my Human Resources department. 970-429-5274"
I don't know about anyone else's HR department, but mine will not honor anything that has not been court ordered. I received a call and let it go to voice mail and no mention of the company's name or what it was for. Plus I don't think any company would honor it coming by fax either.
