So i've received two calls. I even answered the first time and a young guy started in with "this is a followup to the medical survey u filled out..." I interrupted him and told him he had the wrong number as i had not filled any survey out. He hurriedly started in on all the "services" i could be provided anyway....etc. interrupted him again and said that i lived 2500 miles away and was sure he had the wrong number, then hung up. I am a long-ago grad of CSU and have a CO area code on my cell...sounds like somebody sold a list to me. How they got this number is a mystery. In any case, they just called again at 11:00pm so it's on as far as I'm concerned.
I used to work for these guys up at CSU. They are relentless. The phone systems are supposed to automatically shift time zones based on area codes though, so if you're receiving a call past 9 PM, you probably have a western area code but live on the east coast. The job is very low pay but high reward for top performers, so they will push you, and they will call and call and call. Be sure you say "please do not call me anymore" instead of "take me off your list". Also be nice, because if you're a jerk, they'll "accidentally" hit the callback button instead of the remove button. Just some friendly little tips :)
I'm a proud alum, but I'll offer my money when I'm ready to.
Got a call. Didn't answer. No message left. If it is csu, they may have gotten my number from the vet teaching hospital as I have been there with one of my gliders. Glad I didn't answer. ..I hate saying no. :)
