Same as the above. Clearly a scam. I'm from the same region as Gaets and Andrée. They tell me Windows is sending them error messages and they want to help me fix the situation. Strangely enough, they called as my computer wasn't booting anymore. I told the woman "since when does Windows call me to fix anything instead of the other way around?" and she hangs up in my face. How unprofessional ! XD. Scamity scam, beware.
Funny, on how those calls were mostly made in Quebec, in the Montreal region/. Same for me.. I kept the person on the phone for a long time just to annoy her. I was playing really dumb, but we all know that Microsoft will not call us.. As we say, don't call us we'll call you.
