Called this joker back. It rang 10 times or so and then an automated message indicated the person wasn't available. It offered me a chance to leave a voicemail message so I took up as much recording time as I could. I suggest that others receiving telemarking calls from this bozo do the same thing. If your phone options permit, block the s.o.b. like an impacted stool.
