You know it’s funny I and many others are on the Do Not Call List and reported this number but apparently this has been going on at least 6 months and the it seems The Feds are not doing their job of policing and fining these individuals!
If it is a political survey, they are permitted to call. Political calls, calls from charitable organizations, and calls from people with whom you do business are allowed, or used to be, under the do not call law. You have to either tell them to stop calling, or write them. I believe the law is at donotcall.gov .
This number called, it went to the answering machine. Someone deliberately breathed into the phone several times. That was followed by beeps as though the person at the other end was dialing an extension (which I do not have). Then the line went dead with no message.
They just called me and said they were conducing a survey about USAA. Asked if I had recently closed an account and if I had one still open. Nothing detailed or informative then that was it...not sure what it was about.
I have had one call for the last two nights from this number. One was a survey last night. Tonight and the night before, there was no message, just blank space!
