Very rude, she aked for me by name and said she was calling on a urgent personal matter and asked me to please verify my address.  I told her I am sorry I don't know who you are so I don't feel comfortable giving you my info.  She got a bit snippy stating "as I said before I am from Vision Financial" she then told me the address and 4 digits of ss# they had on file for me and again asked me to verify.  I told her I was confused and didn't understand why she was asking for my personal info.  She then said that is fine I will report that you refused to verify and hung up.  Very rude and unprofessional.
