Called wanted to sell toner. I gave our toner #. Said I could talk to tech. I said just email me the price and gave them my email. Two days later got a call from tech. I said again just email the quote. He hung up. How rude. Very shaky. I wouldn't give out personal or corporate information to Evergreen printing in Denver. It is definitely a scam. What company hangs up instead of explaining they can't email quotes.
I received a call from this company a few months ago and was very leary. Their salesman was very pushy and I'm not the type to do anything over the phone. So without thinking I said yes to their try before you buy guarantee. I was actually pretty surprised with the service and the cartridge for my hp 12a proved to be better in the end and now I use them for all my printers. Here I thought all telemarketers were scams but I have to give them credit, they were worth the time.

(Non)update: still no word from the EPS supervisor who was going to look into their relationship with 1 Call Computer Supplies Inc and with their relationship, if any, with Reliable Printing Solutions. You'd think they'd want to clear this up.
Don't people prefer to do business with an organization that cares about its reputation? Or maybe it's just me.
Evergreen Printing supplies was extremely pushy over the phone, basically made you feel like you have to accept their product. When I asked for them to send me an email with their information, in case I decided to try their product, they hung up on me.
They could possibly have a good product, but don't force it on people, and if you're really trying to get a "new business" started, you probably shouldn't hang up the phone when someone is requesting to have your info on file for possible future use and recommendation...not a good way to begin a customer relationship.
When it comes to being a telemarketer all I can say is this. I have been a telemarketer for years. Wanna know who's rude and pushy? The people we call all day. The truth is it blows my mind how many times I have been told "We arn't interested "by someone that I rebuttal to have them say oh yeah I use that and it's a great price. When I was first told they wern't interested. More than half my commission income is derived by the people that have said it. Sorry we seem so rude and pushy to people. I have also found that if you just take the time to listen to us you can get off the phone and not get as many call backs. Being made in the USA doesn't seem to mean much anymore I find all you want is the lowest price. So [***] and call me names. Just remember I have a job and I am an American.
