Called wanted to sell toner. I gave our toner #. Said I could talk to tech. I said just email me the price and gave them my email. Two days later got a call from tech. I said again just email the quote. He hung up. How rude. Very shaky. I wouldn't give out personal or corporate information to Evergreen printing in Denver. It is definitely a scam. What company hangs up instead of explaining they can't email quotes.
I just recieved a call from Evergreen Printing Supplies. Steve, was the extremely rude. I listened to what he had to say and told him that I already had a contract that I was happy with. He asked who made the decisions and I explained that I did. He proceeded to say, "no you don't" like a two year old and hang up on me. That is in no way how you treat people. You can bet I will never listen to anyone from Evergreen Printing Supplies again or consider them when my contract runs out.
I had a telemarketer call me at 10:47 at night. Was a rude, oh ya, its way past time for them to be calling. also, when I say I am not interested, that should be the end of the call, but it never is. You also said, if you just take the time to listen to us you get off the phone faster and dont get as many call backs?? Really, sounds like you are threatening that if we hang up you will keep calling back??
I just had evergreen printing solutions call me and when I listened and told them that I was not interested at this time, Mike was very polite and thanked me for trying and that was all. No rudeness at all, both of the gentlemen I spoke with were very nice, pushy, but nice and respectable.
Cold call selling toner and ink, and when said I wasn't interested he hung up on me. RUDE...
Great customer service, my @ss. The guy (not calling him a gentleman as not deserved) was a quite put off that I asked twice for the name of the company and just wanted to keep giving me his name and honestly I didn't really care about his name. I like the idea of Amercian products however when I get someone as rude and pushy not interested. If he had been more concerned with identifying the Company than I would have asked to have product info faxed.
