This caller Card Services comes from Gateway, Grand Junction Colorado , Nucla-Naturita Telephone Company
They will not give you any information about themselves. Do not give them any account numbers. They keep telling you that you are protected from consumer protection agency and they can lower your interest rate to 6% on your credit cards.
The number is spoofed so you can't report them. Pretty clever, eh? This is not a new scam, the people were prosecuted last year by the ftc. Look up the court records. Interesting reading.

If this truly is "Rachael" from Card Services, then I REALLY wish something could be done to put a stop to their shenanigans. They've been at this for YEARS now, and far too many at that.
