I have recieved calls from 971-208-9936 twice now.  Both times is was a woman with a very thick accent wanting me to recieve "free grant money" from the government.  Of course the catch is you must give her all kinds of personal information.  It is obvious to me that this is a scam and I told her both time I was not interested.  This shocked the caller who never identified who she was working for etc.
