phone call x2 did not answer

an automated machine claiming that I owe back tax, and they can help.

I just wont answer from this number.. they have called 3x this week.

They call my cell phone every weekday morning at 10:30am.  Sooooooooooooooo annoyed!!!!

I tried to call back and the phone just rang and rang then it stated the caller at 971-208-9930 is not available. I do not owe back taxes. I have block the number from my phone.
