Ok, so at first I thought it was my Obachan ( Japanese grandmother) but then by what she said I knew it was not my Obacha. She ased for my mother by first name, my mom wasnt home. she asked "when will be the bast time to call?" I responded "I don't know." so she then replied with "Okay I will call back later."
Next time she calls I'm just going to answer it and begin speaking Japanese, that would mess her up SOO BAD hahaha.
I have been getting calls all day from this number. The first time I answered the caller hung up. After that I just let it ring. I had a call the other day 000-000-0000 yes! They told me I had a virus on my computer and if I would go to my computer they would help me remove it. I ask who they were they said something like Avaona...couldn't really understand the thick Indian accent. But asked them not to call again. The 000-000-0000 number should give anyone a heads up!
971-208-9936 has been calling all day. I think they want to get the caller good and mad before they answer on the other end. I haven't registered my new number on donotcall.gov and think I will do it now.
Gary, get a phone that has blocking abilities. We had the same problem with an "on-line" pharmacy. We had to have our # changed, but when we bought new phones, we then could block ALL unwanted #'s.
Called at 12:45AM and scared to me to death. I have no idea who they were. I called back without realizing the number, I thought it was my husband that had an accident. They said it was a marketing company.
