Who called from 9712089953

I have tried to unsubscribe several times.  I am  on the Do Not Call List

I received a call from 971-208-9953 caller I.D. said Lower Interest, we have tried to stop these calls but they come in sometimes once a day.

Received a call from this number (9712089953) but didn't answer.

These people call all the time, under different phone numbers.  I ask them to please stop calling and they just hang up and call again.

Turned off answer machine so they couldn't leave a message, also put the phone on mute so couldn't hear the ring
