Got a call from the same 971 number.  Anything to be done to stop this?

WHAT GOOD DOES IT DO TO REPORT THESE CALLS TO THE DO NOT CALL REGISTER BECAUSE THEY KEEP CALLING ANYWAY! NOTHING GETS DONE TO THEM & THEY SEEM TO CALL MORE. I TOO AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST & HAVE BEEN FOR MANY YEARS!

Political Survey promising a 2 day cruise after completion.
Questions made it sound like a republican survey although there is no way I can confirm.
