This number calls several times a week at least, up to several times per day sometimes. One time I answered and heard an automated voice say something about a political survey. I searched this number on Yahoo!, and the results that come up suggest that this phone number is fron INDIA

Just got a call from them which I declined.  They didn't leave a message.  I've been getting a lot of calls from OR and WA lately.  Annoying!

I am in NC and received a call from 971-208-9955 on my cell phone. This was "Sarah" with Political Survey.
