Who called from 9712089984

Hi. I get these all the time too, just got one about 4 minutes ago. from 971-208-9984.  I never answer but when I call back I get "The number you have called is temporarily unavailable. Please try your call again later".  I am on the DNC registry so why am I still getting calls from them?  Has anyone ever talked to a real person?

I signed up for the government plan to keep from getting these calls, YET I STILL GET THEM!!

They are ANNOOOOOYING ==STOP CALLING !!!!!  Someone should follow up and stop these type of calls --

It rang several times and I didn't get to answer but when I tried to call back it said the number wasn't in service.????????

I have a prepaid Virgin mobile number and I DO NOT subscribe to ANY bs apps, services, etc.
