Who called from 9712131900

I continue to get calls from this number. I answer and no one responds. When I call back an automated woman's computerized voice says "Hi this is Bev with the security call center. How are you?"

Very suspicious! Almost like they want to get you to say "Fine, good, okay or something in the affirmative in recording".

If you answer differently she repeats herself.

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They are a public utility who's business involves facilitating telemarketing calls, a possible violation of 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.
