This telemarketing company uses a Beaverton number, but the voices are always Indian or Pakistani.  They must be using an internet gateway.

My suggestion is to ask them to take your number off their calling list, roll up the list, and then shove it up their [***].

Same heavy east indian accented woman called my wife today. She could hardly understand her, but she asked about our Windows computer.... The big laugh, we have a Mac! They are up to something....

I GOT A CALL TODAY FROM THIS NUMBER. I DID NOT ANSWER. SO GLAD I DIDN'T AFTER READING ALL THE VIEWS FROM OTHER PEOPLE. THIS IS A SCAM ABOUT COMPUTER.

A man named robin with an Indian accent phoned yesterday, late afternoon.  He said he was getting a lot of strange messages coming from my computer and wanted to help me fix it.  I asked him what computer.  He said your windows pc.  I asked where he was calling from and he said Washington.  He said he wanted to log onto my windows pc remotely and help me.  I said why would I do that and what company did he work for.  He hung up.  So I reminded myself to google his phone number and found all these comments, which I expected.  Good work.  Keep the scammers away.  Change your passwords frequently on all accounts.

When the fix your computer calls come in I've always wanted to say I own a Commodor 64. Just to hear what the guy would say.
