This showed up on my office Outlook as a missed call. I called back, and got the "National Do Not Call Registry" scam. Please do not leave your accurate phone number here. I left them the number to my local prayer hotline here in Orlando.
These calls, once again, are not from the United States. As I have already said, the scum/scam artists have, according to a report on 60 Minutes, figured out how to avoid the DNC people but have also figured out how to make a call from out of the U.S. look like it is coming from an area code here in the U.S.
DO NOT leave a number to be put on the DNC list. They will just take that number and sell it to others which will make you get more and more calls. Your life will be miserable!
If they ask you to leave your number verbally, just leave a long meaningless message.
ALWAYS use *67 number blocking service before you call.
These scum bags are the latest phenomenon the world of technology has given us.
They are the latest galoots. The something for nothing crowd.
They will do anything to steal from you. To con you. to bamboozel you.
THEY DON'T CARE what harm they do to people. They are the bad of the bad.
BEST TO IGNOR ANY OUT OF AREA CALLS!
If it's anything of legitimate importance, they will leave a message.
They have rendered the DO NOT CALL system useless.
