Who called from 9712201032

This is from Rachel at Card Services.  Received at 10:10am on 12 July 2012 to my cell phone at work.

Rachel has GOT to be the most hated woman in America at this point!!!!!

I've gotten a few calls from 971, but this is the first I knew to look up.  

pically, I call the number back when I miss the call, and the roboagent thanks me for returning the call and gives the option to press 1 to be removed from the call list.  

Pressing 1 gets a robo-response apologizing and informs me that it will take 24-hrs to remove my number.  

Invariably, within 23 hours, I get a telemarketing call from somewhere in 971 trying to sell me something.  

(I'm in NJ, and NEVER get calls from that area code for anything but this)

I don't understand how they got my number it is a cell and I am supposed to be on the NO CALL LIST!!!

Anne with Account Services, promising lower credit card rates and that this is MY FINAL NOTICE...

I hope you, your families & everyone associated with this fraudulent/phishing scam die the most excruciating, horrible deaths possible, before rotting in hell for all of eternity.
