Who called from 9712201781

i ignore calls from unusual phone numbers. i got 2 calls from this number yesterday. within 7 hours.

When I call it back it says number has been changed

Same deal as everyone else. Why are these filth permitted to remain in business - or indeed alive? It is so obviously a scam.

I get the same calls, the woman's name changes, today it was from Tiffany. Past calls have been from Ann and Rachel.

They were calling from 971-220-1781 about lowering interest rates, a recorded message then asks to press 1 to speak with someone. I did press 1 and when someone did come on the line I asked to be removed from their call list and was hung up on before I could even finish the sentence. I have been getting these at least once a week and the same thing happens.
