Who called from 9712201781

Received a call today at about 3:40 pm. It was Ann from Account Services/Cardmember Services looking to lower my interest rate. I've asked these people several times to stop calling me. They just hang up on me. It's a total scam and I report them to the do not call list everytime!

I have asked them not to call 4 times. still get calls

called and left no message.  I have received enough calls from Account services that I no longer answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.

Called and no one would talk.  Hung up on them.

1 971 2201781  called my cell , tried to call back and it said this is a disconnected number...I owe nobody anything and have no call on my cell  this is bull. is the no call list a joke or do theses jerk just get away with this...
