Gave some name and refused to say why they were calling. Asked if it was a telemarketer and stated "absolutely not." Would not give any further information until I confirmed my mailing address. I hung up and blocked the number (Beaverton, OR).
I have been receiving calls from this number but have never answered. This time it was at 7:00pm EST. They never leave a message. I was receiving calls from apparent cruise ship offers previously and blocked those numbers, so perhaps I ended up in some list and the inbound number keeps changing.
They keep calling. All hours of the day/night. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know but I'm to the point where I'm about to. They never leave a message so obviously it isn't important enough to CALL EVERY DAY.
