I received a call from 971-247-8738 at 12:34 PM EDST on 7/3/17. The Caller ID showed REFI MORTGAGE. A web search shows that it is a non-fixed voip number in North Plains, OR. Since I didn't recognize the #, I didn't answer it.

i answered this call. they hung up..... this is the 3rd call today, not same number, that hangs up when I answer...

Shows Refi Mortgage but when I answered they said they were medicare suppliment!

Has called 3 times in 2 days. Leaves no message. ID as North Plains, OR

Male caller is calling to have sex with a cow, which is unusual because it sounded like he was in an Indian call center.  At any rate, my friend has steers, so I gave him his number -
