I just got a call from here saying I have a delinquent payday loan from 10+ years ago. That I have to pay them $900+. Won't give me any other info. I called the BBB and their number isn't tied to a legit business. The collector told me that the debt is for a loan from Vince Enterprises LTD and the BBB told me that there are 3 consumer reports for scams from this business. Not sure what to do from here but I'm not giving them money.
Received all let it go to voice mail. Did not give name of company (red flag) just a case number, my name and said important I call. This is the same case number I have received in various other phone calls from many other different locations. Pretty sure it is a scam do not answer.
It's a scam. They claim to be trying to collect a loan but don't have any real info you.Do not give the people any personal info or confirm any info they say they have on you. No company name or employees name.
Complete Scam! Someone called stating that I owe a payday loan from several years ago. I have never had a payday loan, I'm concerned as to how they received my phone number when it is not listed.
