I just got a call from here saying I have a delinquent payday loan from 10+ years ago. That I have to pay them $900+. Won't give me any other info. I called the BBB and their number isn't tied to a legit business. The collector told me that the debt is for a loan from Vince Enterprises LTD and the BBB told me that there are 3 consumer reports for scams from this business. Not sure what to do from here but I'm not giving them money.
I received a call from this same number 971.404.2695. They claim that I owe money from an outstanding payday loan, from back in 2008...which the address they have on file, I did not live at at that time. They will not send me any proof of documentation or give me the original amount of the loan. They claim that if I do not pay them the $800+ dollars they say I owe them then I will be subpoenaed to court in a different state that I have not lived in for 10 years! They sound really convincing and if you care about your credit they will get you all worked up. If I owe somebody money...I will pay them gladly after I see proof that I took out the loan etc... This is a total scam!
They called and said I owed 800 something dollars to a loan I took out in 2012. Had all my information from a previous address I moved from in 2010. I got calls like this last year about the same thing. When I asked for documentation to be sent to my mail, they said they could send me something with a summons to court right behind it. I informed them my brother was a lawyer and that I know they have to send to mail if requested before a summons. They hung up on me quick.

They called me and stated that I owed them from a payday loan I never did online I didnt ever do any payday loans online in 2014 i stated they basically said im wrong and have to pay it then they went on to say because i didn't pay it back I was be charged and they will be sueing me as well...they also said well someone should of served you by now. I said I need it in writing and who the main collector is so i can speak with them I need proof. she said get a lawyer its there job not mine we aren't here to help you figure this out. then I said well its against the law to sue someone without notifying them of what it is for and the proof before had she said oh youll be served really rude and started saying they will contact my employer and they will contact the dmv for any vehicles then she hung up I was in tears after I work so hard for what I have.
