This might (might) be a legitimate business, selling partnerships in oil well drilling ventures. Not everybody in that business is an outright crook. I don't know about these guys. I think they called me because several years ago I made the mistake of saying, "yes" when somebody else called me and asked if I was interested in "investments." That seemed to be the go-ahead for everybody and his brother to call and offer me crap.
What's for sure is that the oil and gas partnership business is extremely risky. Even if they aren't crooks, what they sell is totally inappropriate for the 99% of us that work for a living.

Here is a good one for you all....Tim Taylor calls and asks for XXXXXX XXXXX. This person retired over six years ago. This is probably the 5th call I have gotten from this same company asking for the same person. Each time I told them that the individual they were asking for retired....guess they don't update their files, huh? Am still sitting here laughing about this.
