3rd call in a week. This time I answered. They asked for my husband. I asked who's calling. Josh from Gulf Coast Oil & Gas. Asked what this was regarding and again, he asked if my husband was available. No. He hung up. I called the company directly and asked what the call was all about. Recept. said it was probably a sales call from a referral they'd received. I told her they are going about drumming up new business the wrong way. On the do not call list.
Call came in about 30 minutes ago. I didn't answer.
I am wondering if anyone else who is getting these calls answered a call a few months ago where they asked survey questions. The caller specifically said that they were NOT selling anything and this was for statiscal purposes only. By the time the survey was over, the call was asking me if I would be interested in investment opportunities if the market were right and I had discretionary income. I hung up without answering the last few questions. But I have been getting calls about investment opportunities ever since.
